A personal Jyotisha, in plain language

Your birth chart, read the way a good Jyotishi would.

Jyotisha is India's ancient science of time. Sutram takes your birth date, time and place, draws your chart, and lays your past, present and future on one continuous timeline — so you can see the pattern, not just a prediction.

Two minutes to your first chart
No jargon without an explanation
Your data stays yours — birth details are never shown to others
How it works

Three steps. Then it's yours to explore.

Nothing to install, nothing to already know. Sutram explains each term the first time you meet it, and every reading points back to the exact placement it comes from.

01

Tell us when and where you were born

Date, time and place. If you don't know your birth time, we start at noon and tell you exactly what that leaves uncertain.

02

We draw your chart and your periods

Where the nine grahas stood in the twelve houses at your birth — and the 120-year Vimśottarī cycle that names the planet 'in charge' of each stretch of your life.

03

You see time as a pattern

Your past events beside the periods they happened in. Today's sky against your chart. The windows ahead. Then your questions, answered from your chart — in plain language.

What's inside

One chart. Seven ways to read it.

Everything hangs off your birth chart. The same placements show up as today's mood, as a period on your timeline, as a window ahead — and every screen can explain itself.

Today
Each morning: the sky right now, read against your chart. What kind of day it is, in plain words.
My Chart
Your birth chart drawn the traditional North-Indian way — nine grahas, twelve houses, and what each placement means for you.
Timeline
Past, now and future on one canvas. Your life periods, the slow planets, your own events — and the patterns between them.
My Windows
The stretches ahead where several signals line up — so you know when to push and when to wait.
Calendar
The lunar day, the Moon's nakshatra, the planetary hours — computed for your city, every day.
Learn
A path that starts from your own chart. Explore the grahas, nakshatras and houses; take short courses.
Sangha
A community of learners and teachers. Ask about your chart, follow live predictions, book a session.
Six words you'll meet

The vocabulary, in a minute.

Grahaग्रह
A 'planet' in Jyotisha — the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn and the two lunar nodes, Rāhu and Ketu.
Rāśiराशि
A sign — one twelfth of the sky. Here your Moon sign matters most, not your Sun sign.
Nakshatraनक्षत्र
One of 27 lunar mansions. Finer than a sign; the Moon's nakshatra at birth colours your whole chart.
Lagnaलग्न
The sign rising in the east the moment you were born — the frame the rest of the chart hangs on.
Daśāदशा
A life period ruled by one graha. The Vimśottarī cycle runs 120 years; you are always inside one of them.
Gocaraगोचर
Transit — where the planets are today, compared with where they were when you were born.

When and where were you born?

Three facts and a name. Your birth details are private — the app derives your chart from them and never shows them to anyone else.
